We are saddened by the worldwide pandemic and our thoughts with everyone who has been affected. We know that the pandemic has placed untold economic pressure across Australia and that many schools and clubs are struggling to raise funds in a safe way. We are pleased to be able to offer a safe contactless way of fundraising. Read below for more info.
Our online ordering system means that you can choose to receive all payments and orders online. No cash and no handling of money
Kites are delivered within 2 weeks of receiving your order with an authority to leave at the door. You can arrange a collection day where people can social distance and you can ensure that people attend at different times, or in a staggered way.
Exercise is allowed in family groups. So take your kite and fly it at your local park.
Our fundraising contains no food and requires no gatherings. It’s just good old fashioned outdoor fun.
Why kites are so great for fundraising
We know you want a fundraiser that includes everyone, where are children can be part of the fun. Food fundraisers just can’t do that. It is really hard to find something which everyone can eat, and then you also want to make sure the parents are supportive of the choice you have made. The good news is that everyone loves kites and our kites are perfect all all children aged 3-12! And kites are super healthy – even psychologists agree!
Healthy – gets kids and families outside!
We think this is the best reason of all. Flying kites is great exercise. It also teaches children lots of things other than just how to fly a kite. It teaches them about aerodynamics and about the weather. It also teaches them perseverance and resilience. It’s a great family activity too – from 2-year-olds to 100-year-olds love flying kites. You can make a day of it and take your kites and a picnic to the beach or a local oval. If you are a group, you could even create a whole event around kite flying and charge an entry fee which includes their kite and a snack. So many possibilities!

So many of us sit at work all day staring at a screen or downwards at paperwork. As we look upward, our necks open, an important counterbalance to looking down or at eye level. Those who sit at a desk all day are at high risk of cervical disease, and while flying a kite, one can maintain the cervical spine and spinal muscle tension. This promotes the flexibility of ligaments and vertebral joints and prevents degenerative changes, and increases bone metabolism, which can help prevent cervical disease.

Each kite measures 90cm wide, making them a great size for all ages, and they’re suitable for children aged 2 and up. Simply distribute your order forms and let people select their preferred designs and quantities. Every kite comes complete with a flying line.
Minimum order
Our minimum order is 30 kites, though most schools and clubs easily exceed that, as they make fantastic gifts to keep on hand for birthday parties and special occasions. If you’re unsure about reaching that number, feel free to give us a call to discuss your options.
